I would be highly obliged to you if you kindly give me a little chance to express my views against excessive you of Pesticide in agriculture field through the column of your esteemed daily. Nowadays the population of our country is increasing day by day at random speed. Consequently we need more foods, more crops within a short period of time. So farmers are using various types of pesticides for producing a plenty of foods. The excessive use of pesticides has many bad effects. It reduces the fertility of field. Besides it makes the soil more acidic. It is also harmful for the ‘friends of peasants’ – earthworm, butterfly and other living insects. Pesticides maybe dangerous for water bodies like pond, lake, river etc. Above all it may be said that excessive use of pesticides is very dangerous to us in many direct and indirect ways.

Therefore I request you to highlight this important issue in your daily so that the government can take necessary steps to stop the excessive use of pesticide in agricultural lands.
